Isère: Gérald Lannier joins Paturle Aciers
Gérald Lannier was appointed in October as industrial director at Paturle Aciers. Based in Saint-Laurent-du-Pont, this metal carpentry company is dedicated to the transformation of carbon and stainless steel strips.
Gérald Lannier began his career in 1994 within the Atomic Energy and Alternative Energies Commission in Monts (Indre-et-Loire). From 1995 to 2000, he worked for McCain Foods France, in Harnes (Pas-de-Calais), first as purchasing manager (September 1995 – January 1998), then maintenance engineer (January 1998 – April 2000). Before arriving at Paturle Aciers, Gérald Lannier worked for the French subsidiary of the German group Thyssenkrupp Electrical Steel, which manufactures magnetic sheets for transformers and magnetic circuits. Joined in April 2000 to occupy the position of maintenance manager, he was in turn promoted to head of studies and new works (January 2007 – November 2012), industrial director (November 2012 – March 2019), then general manager (April 2019 – October 2023).
