‘External resources provided for project financing amount to 7.5 billion dollars’

Stating that 400 million Euros of financing will be provided to ILBANK, free of charge, to be used within the scope of the “Turkey Post-Earthquake Reconstruction Framework Project”, ÅžimÅŸek said, “A loan of 400 million Euros will be provided from the European Investment Bank in order to heal the wounds of the earthquake and contribute to the reconstruction of cities. “We signed the agreement,” he said.
ÅžimÅŸek pointed out that the project aims to contribute to the need for improvement and reconstruction in cities after the earthquake disaster and said, “We are spending approximately 3 percent of the gross domestic product (GDP) this year to rebuild the region affected by the February 6 earthquakes.” used.

Pointing out that the last financing was provided from the EIB for project purposes in 2018, ÅžimÅŸek said, “Our communication with the EIB has become much stronger, as with other international organizations.
