Facilitating access for children and the elderly: Amplifon launches partnerships with the Teatro alla Scala in Milan

Amplifona company that operates in hearing care services and solutions, has entered into a partnership with the for the first time La Scala Theater in Milan.

In particular, Amplifon will support the initiative for the current season “Invitation to La Scala”a program of midweek concerts and ballets with the aim of facilitate the access of young people and elderly people to La Scala production. Every season the initiative involves more than 20 thousand people.

“On the occasion of our 75th year of activity, we are launching a collaboration with the Teatro alla Scala for the first time for a project that brings young people and the elderly closer to classical music, strengthening the link between Amplifon, music and responsible listening. We are particularly proud of this partnership which unites an Italian company like Amplifon, born in Milan and present today in 26 countries on five continents, with one of the best-known Milanese and Italian cultural institutions in the world”, declares Susan Carol Holland, president of Amplifon.

The partnership with the Teatro alla Scala falls within the scope of the communication project “Listen Responsibly” Of Amplifonwhich aims to raise public awarenessand in particular young people, on the importance of responsible listening and hearing prevention at all ages.

The initiative “Invitation to La Scala” includes four concerts and six ballet titles scheduled until the end of November.

Right at Teatro alla Scalain recent weeks, the Kindness Manifestoan initiative conceived and promoted by Amplifon Onlus Foundationthe corporate foundation of Amplifon Group aimed at promoting thesocial inclusion of the most vulnerable people. The project aims to stimulate collective reflection onimportance of promoting kindness as an action and habit to cultivate and train in everyday life.
