MILAN – Financial oxygen arriving for the former Ilva. As indicated in the draft of the Pnrr decree, the extraordinary administration of the former Ilva, “in order to ensure the operational continuity of the industrial plants of strategic national interest and the protection of the environment, health and safety of workers” transfers up to 150 million to the commissioners of Steel mills of Italy. Ok to the commissionership of the subsidiaries

Meanwhile, Minister Urso has given the green light to the administration of the controlled companies as well. “At the request of the extraordinary commissioner Giancarlo Quaranta – we read in a note –, the Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, signed the decree extending the extraordinary administration procedure of Acciaierie d’Italia to the companies AdI Tubiforma, AdI Energia, AdI Servizi Marittimi, AdI Socova, appointing Professor Francesco di Ciommo, Doctor Daniela Savi, and Professor Alessandro Danovi as extraordinary commissioners”
