Loire.  Caisse d’Épargne will recruit 150 employees

The Caisse d’Épargne Loire-Drôme-Ardèche, which employs 1,145 employees, is recruiting around 150 employees this year, including 35 work-study students, “to be ever closer to its customers”, as the bank emphasizes in a press release.

The bank intends to contribute to employment in the region and the professional future of young people. This recruitment campaign is part of its utility contract, which includes 16 concrete commitments, in order to be 100% useful to the economic, social and environmental development of the territories.

Customer advisors

The Loire-Drôme-Ardèche Savings Bank recruits mainly in the professions of individual and wealth management customer advisor, but also for customer advisor positions for professionals or for businesses. It is looking for both profiles with banking experience and profiles from other backgrounds who will be offered dedicated training courses.

It will also welcome 35 work-study students in 2024. It will thus contribute to “perfecting the training of these young people and helping them get off to a good start in their careers”. They will alternate professional life within an agency and training in geographical proximity to it, to prepare for a Bachelor in banking and insurance or a professional banking license.
