Lyon 6th. For Valentine’s Day, the Helena Joy jewelry store reinvents itself as a tea room

It’s in its store reserved for partnerships and events, in the heart of 6e district, which Sandie Illouz invites, this Wednesday, February 14, all those who love jewelry and are greedy. They will discover pastries co-created by Sébastien Bouillet and the jewelry collections of Sandie Illouz. The latter, founder and creator of Maison Helena Joy offers collections of rock’n’roll jewelry, with diamonds, as well as tailor-made pieces and a service for committed production by reassembling family jewels to create new jewelry.

The pastry chef and the jeweler wanted to promote Lyon know-how. “The idea was to work together by establishing a real partnership. Valentine’s Day was a great occasion,” said Sandie Illouz. Sébastien Bouillet presents his pastries created for the occasion: a crunchy dark chocolate cake with praline and another with white chocolate and lychee filled with tangy fruits as well as macaroons, praline cookies, etc.

For the occasion, the mezzanine of the jewelry store was transformed into a tea room. These pastry creations can be discovered exclusively in this store and only today.
