Since 2021, Murfy has repaired nearly 16,000 devices per year in his workshop in Saint-Priest and this includes fridges, washing machines, dishwashers and dryers among others. These devices, completely renovated after a careful diagnosis and replacement of defective parts, are now available in store (in the Saint-Priest workshop) since February 1, 2024. Until now, they were exclusively sold online.

“By allowing them to come to the store, see the devices and benefit from the advice of repairers, they will definitely see the reconditioned product differently,” emphasizes Jeremy Piguet. At Murfy, the vast majority of devices are collected locally. “Offering them a second life is good, avoiding making them travel miles for nothing is even better,” adds the director of the san-priods workshop.

In addition to devices, the company also offers reconditioned spare parts for customers tempted by self-repair. To stand out from standard appliance stores, Murfy relies on the exclusive presence of their expert repairers to advise you and help you make the right choices. Thus, the establishment does not have “salespeople”.
