The 2021 vintage of Chianti Classico Casanova by Nittardi Vigna Doghessa 2021 it is signed by the Oscar-winning director and writer James Ivory. The two brothers are depicted in profile on the label Léon and Damiano Femfertwho is now entrusted with the new direction of the Nittardi estate, framed in the warmest colors of the Chianti land, gold, blue and vermilion.

For the silk paper that wraps the bottle, then, Ivory has made a “Homage to Matisse”. “The colors chosen, red and yellow, describe the powerful, impactful and sunny vintage”, comments Léon Femfert. The relationship with art is rooted in family culture, it is not a trend. There are more than 90 works that tell the story of wine and the history of this area, signed by great artists.
