A series of amendments approved to the PA decree, which on June 1 ended its examination in the Constitutional Affairs and Labor commissions of the Chamber, change competitions and stabilization of public employment. Civil service, reserved seats

Also according to what Il Messaggero writes, the national competitions announced by the Commission for the implementation of the Project for the Redevelopment of Public Administrations (Ripam) will be able to establish that candidates can only apply for a single territorial area (region or city).
Green light also to the government amendment which provides for a reserve of 15% of the places in public competitions in favor of voluntary operators who have completed the universal civil service without demerit.

Stabilization in earthquake zones

Green light also to an amendment signed by two deputies of the Brothers of Italy, Fabio Roscani and Guido Testa, in support of the stabilization of personnel who have worked in the regions of central Italy affected by earthquakes since 2009. The amendment provides that the Regions of Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche and Umbria, affected by the seismic events that occurred from 6 April 2009may provide until 31 December 2026 in the context of public competitions for the recruitment of managerial personnel, a reserve of positions not exceeding 50 per cent to be allocated to personnel who have accrued with full merit at least 36 months of service in the last eight years in the special offices for reconstruction.
