Pointing out that there are discount after discount in e-commerce in months such as November and December, Enes Akça said, “Almost half of the total products sold throughout the year are sold in these months.” Stating that e-commerce has improved the sectors, Akça continued his words as follows: “We distribute food to every corner of Turkey with over 500 vehicles. We distribute Bim, A-101, Şok. We make Migros’ virtual grocery deliveries. We aim to be one of the top 3 companies that can distribute all over Turkey within 5 years.”
Stating that 22 percent of the total trade in Turkey is made through digital channels, Akca Logistics General Manager said, “Last year, approximately 5 billion unique orders were placed in Turkey. There has been a growth of over 50 percent in the last 4 years. “There will be growth in 2024 as well,” he said.
WE CANNOT FIND A SPACE TO STORAGE PRODUCTS

Stating that one of the biggest problems of the sector is the increase in costs, Erkam Akça said, “Before the inflation period, all our contracts were annual. Storage has now turned into 6 months. We now have 3-monthly and even monthly transportation operations. Storage space rents have peaked again. The cost per square meter reached up to 10 dollars. In addition, we cannot find space to store products. If there were 50 percent more than the currently used areas, be sure it would be kept. “There is a growth in logistics above the general economy,” he said.
