Rental prices in Istanbul increased by 304 percent in the last 2 years

CHP member Gürsel Tekin shared a message with the title “If you rent a 100 square meter house in Istanbul today, how much will you pay?”

According to Tekin’s post, the cheapest rental price was Istanbul’s Esenyurt district with 11 thousand 899 TL. There is no one in Turkey whose income has increased like this. The only architect of this situation is the AKP government. AKP betrayed Istanbul.”
