Saint Etienne. Les Halles Mazerat gets into Christmas time

If the news is not necessarily all rosy on the Halles Mazerat side, with the recent closure from the Vietnamese cuisine stand La Maman just one year after its opening, management and merchants wanted to get into the spirit of the end-of-year celebrations by organizing various events throughout the month of December.

After the giant paella served last Saturday on the square by the Criée Raynier, it is the two cheesemakers from Les Halles who will put their products in the spotlight, this Wednesday 13, on the occasion of International Raclette Day (yes, yes , it exists !).

Friday the 15th, time for a festive evening on the theme of “Friends’ Christmas”, with special offers from all merchants and musical entertainment by the group The Vintage Music Club from 7:30 p.m.

Les Halles will adapt their schedules on Sundays, December 24 and 31

From Friday 15 to Sunday 17, Les Halles will organize their Christmas market, where visitors will be able to stock up on good products from “house” traders for their festive meals, but also find gift ideas thanks to artisan stands and creators.

Finally, note that the Halles will adapt their hours on Sundays December 24 and 31: they will be open from 8:30 a.m. and until 5 p.m.
