New Delhi: Blue Star Limited on Tuesday unveiled its new range of room ACs, which includes affordable and flagship premium ranges. Overall, the company launched more than 100 models of Inverter, Fixed Speed and Window ACs across a spectrum and different price points to cater to every consumer segment.
The company’s Managing Director B Thiagarajan told reporters here at the launch of the new range, “The room AC market is at a historic juncture and is poised for rapid growth in the next few years. The industry estimates that the market will more than double by 2030. This is a remarkable opportunity for us, given our over 80 years of AC expertise and market position. Blue Star continues to make significant investments in R&D, manufacturing as well as supply chain to enhance efficiencies and capabilities to effectively leverage growing demand. We expect the upcoming summer weather to be good and the demand for room air conditioners is also expected to remain strong. “We are confident that with our diverse range of room AC offerings, across all consumer segments and price ranges, we will grow faster than the rest of the market.”
