The stock market was closed on Thursday on the occasion of ‘Eid-ul-Fitr’. Bharti Hexacom’s IPO is entirely based on offer for sale (OFS). Therefore, the company will not get any part of the income from this. At present, promoter Bharti Airtel holds 70 percent stake and the remaining 30 percent stake is with Telecom Consultants India.
Hexacom is the first IPO of this financial year
According to the information available on the exchange, the issue price of its shares was kept at Rs 570. This was the first public issue of the new financial year 2024-25. The company’s IPO of Rs 4,275 crore was open for purchase from April 3-5. The company had fixed the price range of Rs 542-570 per share. Bharti Hexacom provides telecom services in Rajasthan and the Northeast. The IPO of Bharti Infratel (now Indus Towers), a unit of Bharti Group, came in the year 2012.
