Intesa Sanpaolo redesigns its internal organization and makes room for forty-year-olds

MILAN – Intesa Sanpaolo adopts a new organization, which allows the generational transition in some key roles and is based “on the strengths that have made the bank a European leader, and on the ability to innovate the group structure, to face the challenges of the sector in Europe with the best new managerial talents and enhancing internal resources in a long-term perspective”, we read in a note.
