The Democratic Party, he added, will select the most important amendments on which the majority has guaranteed space for discussion and voting.

Few changes

If everything goes as planned by the majority, the changes to the maneuver that should pass are those contained in the 4 government amendments and the 17 presented by the rapporteurs. Those in the executive branch mitigate the cut on pensions for doctors, nurses, teachers, employees of local authorities and judicial offices; funds for the salaries of soldiers and law enforcement officers increase; they allocate 60 million over the three-year period for local authorities; they remodulate the resources for the Strait Bridge, moving 2.3 billion of the total 11.6 to the Development and Cohesion Fund, of which 1.6 billion subtracted from Sicily and Calabria.

The Imu case

The rapporteurs’ amendments also concern these various subjects. Advances Decree

Meanwhile, yesterday the Chamber definitively approved the Advances Law Decree. The provision reopens the terms of the quater scrapping of folders, allowing those who have not yet paid the first installments to comply by 18 December. Furthermore, it allows energy companies that had to pay the last tranche of the extra profits tax to postpone while waiting for a solidarity contribution to be established. The text also allocates 2 billion for the contractual holiday allowance in the public sector, gives the green light to the adjustment in December on the adjustment of pensions to the cost of living and establishes the National Identification Code (Cin) on short-term rentals.
