There is no shortage of electricity in the Ukrainian power system on March 27, the day before the load on RES facilities was reduced and blackout schedules were applied in four regions.
About this informs press service of the Ministry of Energy.
On March 26, hourly and emergency power outages were applied in Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk regions and during peak hours in Khmelnytskyi region due to significant damage after the shelling of the Russian Federation on March 22 and the inability to transfer the necessary amounts of electricity by order of “Ukrenergo”.
Imports of electric power, after a record since the beginning of the year of 18,649 MWh, on Tuesday decreased by almost a third – to 12,702 MWh. There is no export for the fourth day in a row.
The 110 kV overhead line in the Sumy region went into emergency repair after the shelling, but this did not lead to the blackout of consumers. At the same time, due to the shelling of overhead lines in the Chernihiv region, more than 400 consumers in six settlements were disconnected during the day.
We remind you:
Power engineers are gradually restoring Kharkiv’s power supply. The entire critical infrastructure of the city has been restored, and light has appeared in the houses of the citizens. At the same time, soften the shutdown schedules that are currently in effect in Kharkiv, maybe it will work this weekend.
