What is Y break
The Central Government has advised all the employees to take some time out of their work and do yoga. The government has named this yoga break as Y break.
A guideline has been issued by the Ministry of Personnel to all the ministries and departments in this regard. The government is motivating its officers and employees for Y break. The government has started this to keep its employees fit and tension free and stress free. Y-break means that government employees will be able to do some yoga and pranayama while sitting on their chairs in the office.
How will help the employees
The central government has taken this decision to remove the stress of the employees. Those employees who struggle with files all day. For those who are stressed due to work, this yoga break will help them to refresh and relieve stress. With this work place yoga, the employees will be able to keep themselves fit as well as increase the productivity of work. Doctors also recommend that every half an hour there is a need to move around for a while, shake your body and relax. This helps in releasing stress. Along with work, yoga will help in improving the health of the employees. Now government employees will be able to keep themselves healthy with the help of yoga break (Y-Break) with the help of asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
Yoga sitting on the chair
A notification in this regard was issued on June 12. In which it has been said that the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and the Ministry of AYUSH are advising those employees to do yoga while sitting at their place at the workplace. Those employees who are unable to do yoga due to work, they will get a chance to keep themselves healthy along with work in the office. They will not need to go anywhere or go to any camp for yoga. They will be able to do some light yoga while sitting on a chair.
