New Delhi: Jai Bharat Maruti Limited was established in 1983. The company manufactures components and assemblies for passenger cars. In partnership with Maruti Suzuki India Limited, the company specializes in manufacturing exhaust systems, fuel fillers (fuel pipes) and suspension parts. The company has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Gurgaon, Bawal, Manesar and Gujarat. The company had recently announced setting up of two new manufacturing plants in Haryana and Gujarat to meet the growing needs of Maruti. These plants will be at Kharkhoda in Sonipat district of Haryana and SMG Suppliers Park in Gujarat. About Rs 300 to 350 crore will be invested in these. The company is expanding capacity and assembly facilities in line with Maruti Suzuki’s growth strategy. The company has given 81.6 per cent returns in the last one year and 144 per cent returns in the last three years. Apart from this, in the last three years, the company’s sales have increased at the rate of 12 percent annually and the profit has increased at the rate of eight percent annually. The dividend yield of the company has been 0.58 per cent. On Wednesday, the company’s stock rose 10.43 per cent to Rs 233.70, its 52-week high. Also, the volume of the company’s stock increased by 1.01 times. Investors should keep an eye on this stock.
