The Law Amending the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law, which includes the regulations regarding those who are old at retirement (EYT), and the Decree Law No. 375, entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette.

However, there are millions of EYT members who started their insurance until 08.09.999 and did not complete their insurance period or premium days. Özgür Erdursun, SGK expert on the subject, listed the things that those who cannot retire from social media should pay attention to.

“Things to pay attention to those with EYT who cannot retire;

• There are millions of EYT members who started their insurance until 08.09.1999 and did not complete their insurance period or premium days.
• Those who have more premium days in Bag-Kur in the last 2520 days should complete 7200 days for women and 9000 days for men.
• In the last 2520 days, you will retire from whatever status you have premium for more than 1260 days,
• It is more advantageous to retire from SSK
• Those who are insured in the company they are a partner in should pay attention to the Circular No. 2019/9,
• It would be more appropriate for those who will take more than 3 years and 6 months to complete the number of days in Bağ-Kur to apply to SSK.
• Those who have a business in their own name or who show themselves as insured in another workplace in order to retire from SSK should be very careful because if a person does not really work in a workplace and shows himself as insured, it is called fake insurance, and your retirement may be canceled in the future.
• Transferring your workplace or partnership, terminating Bağ-Kur and working as an insured eliminates the risk of retirement cancellation caused by showing yourself insured in another workplace.
• If you had Bag-Kur periods in the past and these periods were deleted because you did not pay, you should analyze the benefits of reviving these periods.
