Bhd., and UBS Financial Holdings (China) Holdings Co., Ltd. formally signed a cooperation framework agreement at the Malaysian headquarters, authorizing it to establish an independent Subsidiary to carry out Güntner Metals Group’s gold business in the Guangdong market in China.
This is another cooperation agreement in China since Kunteng Metals Group and Hainan Provincial Financial Development Promotion Association signed an agreement on the establishment of a global gold storage online trading platform in Hainan and the establishment of the Hainan Branch of the Australian Gold and Silver Bank on March 22 this year.
