Company will give two dividends of Rs 118 each

Aster DM Healthcare Dividend: Aster DM Healthcare, associated with the hospital industry, has made bumper profits in the financial year 2023-24. After this, the company has announced to fill the pockets of the shareholders. The company has announced a special dividend of Rs 118. Its proposal has been approved in the company’s board meeting on April 12. The record date of the special dividend by Aster DM Healthcare has been fixed as April 23, 2024. The benefit of dividend will be available only to those shareholders whose names are registered in the Register of Members of the Company or the records of the depositories by April 23.

Dividend will be paid in 30 days

Aster DM Healthcare has announced that special dividend will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days. The company said in an exchange filing that the special dividend GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) Income received from the sale of the business and wholly owned material subsidiaries of the Company Affinity Holdings Pvt Ltd It is being given on account of redemption of redeemable preference shares issued by the company.

How is the stock’s performance?

The stock of Aster DM Healthcare had closed at Rs 487 on the last trading day on April 12 with a rise of 2.47 percent i.e. Rs 11.75. At the same time, in the last five trading days, the company’s stock has given a better return of 6.75 percent to the investors. Whereas, the company has given returns of 17.87 percent in one month and 44.85 percent on six-monthly basis to the investors. On annual basis the company has given a profit of 95.54 percent to the investors. A year ago, on April 13, 2023, the company’s stock price was Rs 249.05.
