The 2024WEPACK World Expo of Packaging Industry (WEPACK) was held grandly at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Baoan New Hall) from April 10th to April 12th. The expo includes the 2024 South China International Corrugated Exhibition, the 2024 South China International Digital Six major theme exhibitions including the Printing Technology Exhibition and the 2024 China International Color Box Exhibition. The scale of the exhibition continues to expand, and the categories of exhibits continue to enrich. There are six exhibitions at the same time, with numerous highlights, providing a one-stop overview of the entire packaging industry chain.
The expo is expected to have 1,200 well-known exhibitors at home and abroad, attracting more than 100,000 professional visitors at home and abroad. Kyocera showed up at the “South China International Digital Printing Technology Exhibition” with its advanced inkjet printhead products and solutions. It hopes to use its innovative technology developed by itself to contribute to the digitalization of the printing industry and provide the industry with information on inkjet printheads. New options.

At this exhibition, Kyocera brought the newly developed EX series of inkjet print heads. This series of print heads combines “Kyocera’s latest version of full-chip piezoelectric brake” and “straight-through auxiliary circulation flow path near the nozzle hole” and many other advantages.
First of all, the piezoelectric actuator of the EX series inkjet print head adopts the latest version of Kyocera’s integral piezoelectric actuator, which enables easy installation and more accurate printing. It is also equipped with a large integrated piezoelectric actuator to make the printing color uniform inside the nozzle. , the printing state is more stable; secondly, the EX series print head mounts the piezoelectric actuator in a high-strength box frame structure, which has a higher safety factor; finally, the EX series print head develops an auxiliary circulation flow path that passes through the vicinity of the nozzle hole , realizing a true circular print head!
The water-based 600dpi Kyocera EX series inkjet printheads include EX600 and EX600RC respectively. The EX600 printhead is almost the same size as the previous QA printhead and can be interchanged with the original product. The EX600RC is a circulating nozzle with a printing speed of up to 40kHz. The nozzle is equipped with a water-cooling clamp, which can maintain its stability even under high-duty continuous printing.

Kyocera inkjet printheads feature high precision, high productivity, and long life, making them ideal for various industrial printing applications. Multi-level variable droplet volume is suitable for printing with different image quality requirements. The printing width of a single nozzle can reach 108mm-112mm, which can save the number of nozzles and effectively control costs.
Kyocera’s latest EX series printheads are also very suitable for the packaging industry. I believe that this series of printheads can provide new options for packaging industry practitioners when choosing inkjet printing nozzles. In addition, Kyocera will continue to support the digitalization of the printing industry and contribute to improving production performance.
From April 10th to 12th, Kyocera sincerely invites you to visit the Kyocera booth 2C878 at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Baoan New Hall) for visits and exchanges, to witness the progress of Kyocera inkjet print heads, and to explore new paths for the future development of the industry. See you there. !
