Critical warning to EYT members: Pension application may be invalid

Following the enactment of the regulation on the age-at-retirement (EYT), the first pensions and bonuses started to be paid to those who applied between March and March. As of this month, those whose retirement procedures are completed receive all their rights, including advance payment, pension, holiday bonus and promotion.

While SSK members who are entitled to a pension within the scope of EYT receive their first pension and holiday bonuses, they started to be paid to Bağ-Kur members as of yesterday. Those under the Pension Fund will also receive it tomorrow.

Pensions and differences are deposited into the bank accounts reported to the Social Security Institution while applying for retirement. Those who do not report a bank after completing their monthly transaction can go to Ziraat Bank in the region of residence and receive their pension and bonus with their ID number.

THREE CROSS APPLICATION

ATTENTION TO THOSE WHO DONATE TO GSS

Presence of GSS debt does not prevent the insured persons under the Social Security Institution and Emekli Sanmanı to receive a pension. However, insurance holders who will receive a pension within the scope of Bağ-Kur have to pay their GSS debt. Premiums can be supplemented for part-time and part-time employees. According to the SGK legislation, after 2008, the optional insurance premium must be paid for 12 months in order to be counted towards the insurance period. Since the retirement petition will be valid on the date the debt is paid, the pension will be paid at the beginning of the month following the payment date.
