WILL THE MINIMUM WAGE RISE?
We had to reorganize in July last year. Prices destroyed the minimum wage. This year, we made a hike that no one expected.

PUBLIC WORKER’S RISE NEGOTIATION CONTINUES

Currently, our collective agreement for more than 700 thousand workers in the public sector continues. We will make a proportional increase. Reduction of minimum wage workers to 12 thousand or 12 thousand 500. There is a figure they demand on them. Collective agreements are made by Public Employer Unions. I am the representative of the state there. They will meet today or tomorrow. We will sit down and make the final decision with our unions. The wage levels that our employees will receive in the public sector are extremely important. Public sector workers are also leading the private sector. Public employees, namely civil servants, are not adversely affected by this.
Together with the welfare share, we made a 30 percent raise for public employees. Now they have a raise in July. We will consider this again together with the welfare share. The work of the civil servants is different, their social conditions are different. There are various items that are reflected in the daily wages of civil servants.
