The announcement of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance Privatization Administration (ÖİB) regarding the re-tender for the privatization of Fenerbahçe-Kalamış Marina was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, Fenerbahçe-Kalamış Marina, owned by Türkiye Denizcilik İşletmeleri AŞ, will be privatized by “granting operating rights” for 40 years.
In this context, the provisional guarantee fee for the tender was determined as 120 million lira, the tender specification and promotional document fee was 150 thousand lira, and the deadline for submitting bids was determined as 29 May.
The tender will be held in a “negotiated method” by receiving sealed offers from more than one bidder and holding negotiations, and will be concluded with an auction with the participation of bidders whose bargaining negotiations continue.
The tender held in 2021 within the scope of the privatization of Fenerbahçe-Kalamış Marina was canceled by the Presidential Decree. The tender held in 2022 for the privatization of the port was canceled because sufficient bids were not received.
10 REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES WILL BE PRIVATIZED IN 5 PROVINCES
On the other hand, according to another announcement of the PA published in the Official Gazette, 10 real estate properties in 5 provinces, 4 in Aydın, two each in Istanbul and Şanlıurfa, and one each in Antalya and Nevşehir, will be privatized by sale method.
The deadline for bidding for real estate in Aydın, Antalya and Nevşehir was determined as May 7, for real estate in Şanlıurfa as May 8, for real estate in Istanbul’s Eyüpsultan district as May 9, and for real estate in Esenyurt district as May 14.
