CEOE Cepyme Salamanca awards the companies Bernabé Campal, Meins and Repuestos José Miguel

The Executive Committee of CEOE Cepyme Salamanca has agreed to award the CEOE Castilla y León award for Salamanca to the company Bernabé Campal SL for “its contribution to the promotion of the primary sector and its strong implementation in the rural area, as well as its creation of employment and the development of Salamanca”.

During this same session, he awarded the Innovation Award to Meins, a company in the energy sector that “stands out for its work in the development of cutting-edge technological projects”, and the Excellence and Business Development Award to José Miguel Services and Spare Parts, company created more than 45 years ago that “has become a benchmark in the sector of rental and sale of machinery for construction, public works and gardening.” The presentation of these awards will take place during the Ceoe Cepyme Salamanca 2024 Awards, which will take place on June 6, according to the business organization.

Bernabé Campal, with “more than 50 years of history” and origins in Huerta (Salamanca), “has established itself as a benchmark in the agri-food sector, specializing in the marketing of cereals, legumes, fertilizers, phytosanitary products, seeds and diesel,” CEOE Cepyme Salamanca stated.

Its activity “not only covers the sale of these products”, but also offers “a wide range of services”, including the storage and selection of legumes and cereals.

With facilities that exceed 35,000 square meters and offices in Huerta, Peñaranda de Bracamonte and Pedrosillo el Ralo, Campal provides technical advice, logistics and storage services, “demonstrating its commitment to quality and efficiency in customer service.”

“Its commitment to Salamanca continues with the project to create new facilities located on plots near the Dry Port, marking a milestone in its growth,” highlighted the business organization.

In this new industrial zone, the company will develop trading, storage, packaging, distribution and transportation activities not only of cereals and legumes, but also of a variety of agricultural products and by-products, in addition to offering expanded logistics services.

Renewable energy

Meins, an SME with a history of more than 25 years in the electrical industry, “has proven to be a benchmark in the sector thanks to its commitment to innovation and sustainability“, highlighted the statement from CEOE Cepyme Salamanca after the Executive Council awarded it the Innovation Award.

Specialized in the manufacturing of renewable energy semiconductors, it was founded in 1998 by Julián Herrero, employs more than 80 workers and develops projects in 31 countries in the areas of telecommunications, industrial facilities and renewable energies.

Based in the Los Villares Industrial Park and in Coreses, Zamora, Meins has stood out especially in the supply and integration of transformation centers, distribution centers and substations, complementing its offer with battery storage solutions, self-consumption and project execution up to 10 MW.

Regarding the Excellence and Business Development Award, José Miguel Services and Spare Parts, since its foundation in 1978, has established itself as “one of the great references in Salamanca and its province, offering a wide selection of construction machinery and services, civil works, gardening, and more”.

Located on Carretera de Béjar, this company stands out for its “wide range” in rental and sale of construction and civil works machinery, both new and used, “covering the needs of any project,” he continued.
