EMRA’s board decision on the subject was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, until September 30, Article 132 of the Electricity Market Balancing and Reconciliation Regulation is valid for distribution license holder legal entities, assigned supply companies, and supply companies of which OIZs are direct or indirect partners, operating in cities where a state of emergency has been declared or declared a disaster area. It has been decided that the amounts included in the advance payment notifications specified in the first paragraph of Article /C will be postponed until the invoice due date for the relevant invoice period, and that no default interest will be applied to the market operator or market participant during the period during which the advance payments are postponed.
The decision will come into force on April 1.
