İTO President Avdagiç: The results of the right steps taken in the five-month period have begun to be seen

In the statement made by ITO, Avdagiç, whose speech was included in the Chamber’s November parliamentary meeting, stated that the results of the balancing process carried out in the macro plan together with the new economic program that the government started to implement after the May elections are encouraging.

Stating that the balancing policy gave 5 signals in the first 5 months of its implementation, Avdagiç said, “Total imports decreased by 7 percent in August and nearly 15 percent in September. Foreign trade deficit decreased by 23 percent and 48 percent, respectively, in these months.
