These data appear as a clear indicator of the economic growth in the field of services. “In addition, in 2023, the Turkish economy grew by 4.5 percent, becoming the fastest growing country among the EU countries. National income in dollar terms exceeded 1 trillion dollars for the first time in Turkey’s history. Per capita income also reached the highest levels in history with 13 thousand 110 dollars.”

“Development starts locally”

Işıkhan emphasized that despite the Covid-19 epidemic, wars in the region and the disaster of the century experienced last year, they are on the right track and continue their services uninterruptedly without victimizing the citizens.

Işıkhan stated that they will achieve the Turkey Century vision pointed out by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, with the support of citizens.

“We will make this century the century of labor, production and work. The power of our country comes largely from the power of our local governments. Based on the fact that ‘Development starts locally’, we believe that the stronger we are locally, the stronger our general actions will be. Because we all know very well that development, “Growth and development start locally.”

Minister Işıkhan pointed out that the management vision of Turkey’s leader, President Erdoğan, comes from municipalism.

Stating that the AK Party, under the leadership of President Erdoğan, changed the understanding of municipality in the country and introduced the nation to real municipalism, Işıkhan concluded his speech as follows:

“With this awareness, I hope that as of the evening of March 31, we will start a new era in which all our cities, especially Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, will support, not hinder, the development of our country with real municipalism. I hope that on March 31, Kırıkkale center and all its districts will continue with real municipalism.” “I believe. Mayor Mehmet Saygılı is a very valuable companion of ours who has put forth his efforts for this city as a lover of Kırıkkale. I believe that Kırıkkale will once again give this duty to our mayor Mehmet with the vision of AK Municipality.”

The meeting continued closed to the press after Minister Işıkhan’s speech.
