The Extremaduran family business Movilex, specialized in the management of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), will invest 7 million euros in the start-up of a plant in the Burgos town of Miranda de Ebro, which will create 60 direct jobs and 33 indirect.

The plant marks a significant advance towards a more circular and sustainable economy by being equipped with cutting-edge technology, with an annual treatment capacity of 120,000 tons and a focus on the recovery of WEEE, achieving a recycling rate of 95-98%.
