«They woke us up at 9:00 a.m. to bring us back to the airport telling us that we would fly by plane and now they tell us that we will go in three buses,” he said, recalling that the road trip is about 8 and a half hours.

The Spanish Consumer Association (Asescon) encourages passengers who have problems with their luggage to file complaints at the airports themselveshaving the right to receive financial compensation for transported products that are urgent and necessary, as long as there is an invoice proving the expense.
