In this sense, explained the Minister of Equality, Ana Redondo, the possibility opens up for victims to access the entire battery of aid and rights. “The complaint is disconnected from all the rights that people in a situation of trafficking can access,” among which are the Minimum Living Income (MIV) or priority access to public housing.
