The weekly rate of inflation in the country has decreased by 0.14%, so the annual rate of inflation has reached 43.79%.
The Bureau of Statistics released inflation data on a weekly basis.
According to the data, the prices of 15 goods increased and the prices of 13 goods decreased in a week, while the prices of 23 goods remained stable.
According to the Institute of Statistics, chicken became expensive by 3.31%, jaggery by 1%, tea by 0.92%, dal mong by 0.80%, eggs by 0.43%.
According to the data, the price of tomato decreased by 14.14%, potato by 5%, onion by 1.64% and tea leaf by 1.2%.
Prices of 23 commodities including rice, milk powder, curd and salt remained stable.
The price of live chicken has increased by Rs 15 per kg, the price has crossed Rs 460, the price of mung dal has increased by Rs 2 42 paise to Rs 307 per kg.
According to the Bureau of Statistics, dal mash became expensive by Rs 2 to Rs 547 per kg in a week, eggs became expensive by Rs 2 to Rs 427 per dozen.
A domestic cylinder of LPG became expensive by Rs. 10, a bag of 20 kg flour became expensive by Rs. 5 to Rs. 2,817.
According to the Bureau of Statistics, mutton, beef, fresh milk, jaggery, broken basmati rice, firewood are among the most expensive items.
In a week, tomato fell by Rs 22 to Rs 133 per kg, onion by Rs 4.25 to Rs 225 per kg and potato by Rs 3 to Rs 55 per kg.
Prices of potatoes, tea leaves, lentils, ghee, edible oil and sugar have come down.
